I'm Mark Hashimi

I know what it’s like to live with constant pressure and overthinking in demanding careers, while parenting and running businesses.

For years I tried to be perfect and please everyone, putting my own needs last. I decided enough was enough, I trained in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, became a certified EMDR trauma therapist, and walked the shamanic path, blending ancient healing with modern science.
